The BYD Atto 3 All Electric RHD is built for families and commercial passenger use. It is a 5 door, 5 seat compact crossover SUV with a 2,720 mm wheelbase, so rear legroom is generous for its class. The boot is practical, and the rear seats split and fold for longer items.
Interior
Inside, the front seats are power adjustable and trimmed in synthetic leather. The driver's seat has six way adjustment and the passenger seat has four way adjustment. Q: Is this car left hand drive or right hand drive?
A: This listing is for the right hand drive version. We also supply left hand drive versions of the Atto 3. Right hand drive exports require checking for exclusive dealer restrictions in your market. Left hand drive starts from one unit. Right hand drive starts from three units.
Q: What is the real world range of the 410 km NEDC figure?
A: NEDC is optimistic. In mixed city driving with the air conditioning on, expect around 320 to 350 km from the standard range version. On highways at steady speed, it will be closer to 300 km. The extended range version with the 60.48 kWh battery adds roughly 50 to 60 km of real world range. For daily city use, the standard range is enough for most buyers.
Q: Can the car be charged with a standard home socket?
A: Yes, but slowly. The car supports AC charging through a Type 2 port at 7 kW. A full charge on a home wallbox takes around seven to eight hours for the standard range battery. On a DC fast charger, the car supports up to 70 kW and can go from 30 to 80 percent in about 30 minutes. The extended range version supports 88 kW DC charging.
Q: Does the infotainment system work in English after export?
A: We set the interface to English before shipment. Apple CarPlay works globally. The built in navigation and voice assistant are China only and will not function outside China. Bluetooth and USB media work normally. The car cannot connect to overseas networks, so any online connected features will not work after export.
Q: Can this car be exported to Europe?
A: No. The cars we supply are China standard vehicles. Most do not carry an EU COC certificate. Because of this, we cannot supply new cars to EU countries. If you need a car for the European market, the alternative is to export it as a zero kilometre used vehicle, but that route requires a 180 day waiting period.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity and delivery time?
A: For right hand drive, the minimum order quantity is three units because it is a factory order. For left hand drive, one unit is enough. Most new cars are not held in stock. After deposit, production takes about 45 days. If a model is in stock, we will tell you before you pay.
