The Denza Z9GT is positioned as a smart luxury flagship vehicle. In its name, "Z" represents the Denza family sedan series, "9" signifies its flagship status, and "GT" directly reflects its performance orientation.
So far, only the exterior design of the car has been revealed. We had the opportunity to preview the vehicle in a static display before the show officially began, so let's take a closer look at some of its design highlights.
In terms of appearance design
Front face design
The Denza Z9GT adopts an Eastern aesthetic design theme, with a front fascia that is both simple and elegant. The split headlight design evokes the imagery of wind flowing through mountains and rivers. Although the lighting elements themselves are understated, the tall and sculpted shape of the front end visually broadens the vehicle's stance and enhances its sporty character.
Front bumper styling
The Denza Z9GT will offer two front bumper designs-one with a sleeker, more streamlined appearance, and another, like the one we captured today, featuring a more angular and aggressive style.
In addition, the new model cleverly integrates several intelligent features into the lower grille area, including LiDAR, an AGS (Active Grille Shutter) system, millimeter-wave radar, and ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control) radar. This innovative layout highlights the vehicle's forward-thinking design approach.
Body design
The side profile of the Denza Z9GT adopts a coupe-style design, with a nearly 2:1 wheel-to-body height ratio that gives the vehicle a lower, more dynamic, and fashionable appearance.
In terms of dimensions, the Z9GT measures 5,180 mm in length, 1,990 mm in width, and 1,500 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,125 mm. It is positioned as a D-segment pure electric luxury sedan.

A Z-shaped decorative line runs along the side of the body, extending from the front fender to the rear, adding visual depth and highlighting the layered design of Denza's first sedan. The fastback (sloping roofline) design is another iconic feature of the Z9GT's profile, while the C-pillar features a bold, wide cross-section that underscores the car's sporty character.
The new model features 21-inch multi-spoke, two-tone wheels paired with 255/40 R21 tires, offering a balance of comfort and grip. While the version we observed was not equipped with high-performance (bright-colored) brake calipers, it is expected that the production model will feature multi-piston performance calipers for enhanced braking capabilities.
The rear design of the vehicle is equally striking. Although it doesn't adopt a full-width (through-type) taillight design, the "hourglass of time" taillight shape offers a distinctive and memorable visual effect. Combined with a decorative strip in the center, it creates a harmonious visual connection with the main light clusters.
