SINOTRUK HOWO-TX 8×4 RHD Tipper Truck

This SINOTRUK HOWO‑TX 8×4 tipper comes as factory-built right-hand drive, not converted from LHD chassis. It works well for many RHD African markets where traffic keeps left, such as South Africa, Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. Customers commonly use it for earthmoving, quarry material, sand and construction site haulage. It is brand new, built in 2026. The WD615 powertrain is well known across Africa for reliability on rough site roads.

Overall dimension: 10.4m × 2.55m × 3.5m. It is fitted with the TX‑F cabin and a heavy all-metal high bumper, which gives better protection against knocks on site. Power comes from the WD615.47 diesel engine rated at 371 hp, paired with HW19710 manual gearbox and HW50 direct-mounted PTO. The PTO delivers steady power to run the tipping hoist.

Axle setup: VGD95 drum brake front axle, twin MCP16ZG heavy-duty drum rear axles with a final drive ratio of 5.26, good for heavy loads and climbing. A 400-litre fuel tank cuts down refuelling stops on long site runs. Tyres are 315/80R22.5, 18PR mixed tread pattern. 13 tyres in total including one spare; mixed tread handles muddy and stony ground better.

The tipper body measures 7300 × 2300 × 1500 mm. The floor plate is 8 mm thick and side plates 6 mm, made of wear-resistant steel. It uses a HYVA179 front-mounted hydraulic hoist. HYVA cylinders are widely serviced across Africa, so spare parts and local maintenance are easy to arrange.

Genuine factory RHD build. Steering, wiper sequence and dashboard layout are all set for left-side traffic, no after-market conversion.
No ABS fitted. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm compliance with local homologation and registration requirements.
The WD615 engine has a huge parts network in Africa, simple to maintain.
