Technical requirements for AC charging pile (plug)

1. Environmental condition requirements

① Working environment temperature: - 20 ℃~+50 ℃;

② Relative humidity: 5%~95%;

③ Altitude: ≤ 1000m;

④ Installation site: outdoor;

⑤ Seismic capacity: ground horizontal acceleration 0.3g;

Ground vertical acceleration 0.15g;

The equipment shall be able to withstand three continuous sine waves under simultaneous action, and the safety factor shall be greater than 1.67;

2. Structural requirements

① The shell of AC charging pile (plug) shall be firm;

② On the structure, it is necessary to prevent hands from touching the exposed part easily;

③ The AC charging pile (bolt) shall be a steel composite structure with a thickness of more than 1.0, and the surface shall be treated with plastic immersion, and the requirements for heat dissipation shall be fully considered. The charging pile (bolt) shall have good shielding function against electromagnetic interference;

④ The charging pile (bolt) shall have sufficient support strength, necessary facilities shall be provided to ensure that the equipment can be lifted, transported, stored and installed correctly, and anchor bolt holes shall be provided;

⑤ The bottom of the pile (bolt) body shall be fixed and installed on the base not less than 200mm above the ground. The base area shall not be greater than 500mm × 500mm;

⑥ The shell of pile (bolt) body shall be made of materials with strong impact resistance, good anti-theft performance and aging resistance;

⑦ The shell of non insulating material shall be reliably grounded;

3. Power requirements

① Input voltage: single-phase 220V;

② Output power: single-phase 220V/5KW;

③ Frequency: 50Hz ± 2Hz;

④ Allowable voltage fluctuation range: single-phase 220V ± 15%;

4. Electrical Requirements

① After the correct connection of plug and socket is confirmed, the circuit with load can be opened and closed to supply power to the socket;

② The leakage protection device shall be installed at the incoming side of the power supply cable;

③ The protection of low-voltage power distribution equipment and lines shall meet the relevant provisions in the Code for Design of Low Voltage Power Distribution (GB/50053);

④ For the distribution line of IT system, when the first grounding fault occurs, the insulation monitoring device shall send out audio or light signals, and when the second heterogeneous grounding fault occurs, the fault circuit shall be cut off by the over-current protection appliance or leakage current action protector;

⑤ In the lighting distribution system, the lighting and socket circuits should not be powered by the same circuit. The power supply side of the socket circuit shall be equipped with residual current action protection device, with the rated action current of 30mA;

6. Safety protection function

① The AC charging pile (plug) shall be equipped with an emergency stop switch, which can stop charging manually or by remote communication;

② The AC charging pile (plug) shall have the leakage protection function at the output side;

③ The AC charging pile (plug) shall have over-current and short circuit protection functions at the output side;

④ The AC charging pile (plug) shall have flame retardant function;

7. IP protection grade

The AC charging pile (plug) shall comply with IP54 (outdoor) and be equipped with necessary rain proof and sun protection devices;

8. Three prevention (anti moisture, anti mildew, anti salt fog) protection

The printed circuit board, connector and other circuits in the charger shall be treated against humidity, mildew and salt fog. The salt fog corrosion resistance shall meet the requirements of Table 9 in GB/T 4797.6-1995 Natural Environmental Conditions for Electrical and Electronic Products - Dust, Sand and Salt Fog, so that the charger can operate normally in the outdoor humid and salt fog containing environment;

9. Rust (oxidation) protection

The iron shell of the charging pile (bolt) and exposed iron supports and parts shall be provided with double-layer anti rust measures, and the non-ferrous metal shell shall also be provided with anti oxidation protective film or be provided with anti oxidation treatment;

10. Windbreak protection

The charger installed on the platform and the exposed components shall be able to withstand the impact of the relative wind speed at different regions and heights specified in Table 9 of GB/T 4797.5-9 Natural Environmental Conditions for Electrical and Electronic Products - Precipitation and Wind;

11. Anti theft protection

The enclosure door of the electric pile (bolt) shall be equipped with an anti-theft lock, and the bolts fixing the AC charging pile (bolt) must be installed or removed after opening the enclosure door;

12. Temperature rise requirements

The AC charging pile (plug) operates continuously under rated load for a long time, and the temperature rise of internal heating components and parts shall not exceed the provisions in Table 2 of Q/GDW 397  2009;

13. Mean time between failures (MTBF)

MTBF shall not be less than 8760h;

14. The vertical inclination of installation shall not exceed 5%;

15. The equipment installation site shall be free of explosive hazardous media, and the surrounding media shall be free of harmful gases and conductive media that corrode metals and damage insulation

DC type

a) Power input voltage of charging pile (plug): three-phase four wire 380VAC ± 15%, frequency 50Hz ± 5%;

b) The charging pile (plug) shall meet the charging object;

c) The output of the charging pile (plug) is DC, and the output voltage meets the battery system requirements of the charging object;

d) The maximum output current meets the charging requirements of battery system 1C of the charging object and is compatible downward;

e) The charging mode can be divided into conventional and fast charging modes. The conventional charging mode is 5-hour charging mode, and the fast charging mode is 1-hour charging mode (selected for different battery types);

f) Realize intelligent IC management;

g) Each charging pile (plug) is equipped with an operator for users to select charging mode and guide operation, and display battery status of electric vehicles and user IC card charge information to realize unmanned management;

h) The charging pile (plug) interface shall comply with the relevant provisions on the DC charging interface in the conductive charging interface (provisional) of GB/T2XXXXXXXX electric vehicle;

i) The communication interface of the charging pile (plug) adopts the CAN communication interface, and the communication protocol is implemented according to the provisions of the communication protocol (provisional) between the battery management system of the electric vehicle and the off board charger (the charging object is the lithium battery electric vehicle);

j) The charging pile (plug) shall have corresponding alarm and protection functions for abnormal state during charging;

k) The charging pile (plug) shall monitor the battery status, and automatically adjust the charging current and voltage according to the battery temperature, voltage versus charging curve, charging current and charging pressure;

l) The charging pile (plug) adopts forced air cooling;

m) The protection grade of charging pile (plug) shall meet the requirements of IP54 in GB 4208-1993 Degrees of Protection Provided by Enclosures (IP Code);

Integrated

The quick charging pile (plug) equipment adopts the structure of AC and DC integration. It can realize both DC charging and AC charging. When there are many charging services in the daytime, DC mode is used for fast charging, and AC charging can be used for slow charging when there are few users in the charging station at night.
