Xpeng MONA L03 1330 Ultra SE hybrid

Fourteen units of the Xpeng MONA L03 1330 Ultra SE hybrid roll off the line in October 2026, and the full allocation is open to overseas dealers and importers. These are not future build slots with a delivery estimate. The cars are built, VIN-assigned, and ready to load straight into a container.

Two points set this batch apart from the usual China export story. The stock is hybrid only - there are no battery-electric (BEV) units available this month. And because we ship under Xpeng's authorized exporter program, the cars leave as new vehicles. No six-month domestic holding period, no aftermarket conversion, no "used car" paperwork to get past Chinese customs.

What the 14 units actually look like

Every car in the run is the same top-trim Ultra SE. The split is exterior color, interior theme, and wheel design. The build month differs for the two neutral-color batches, which matters if you are planning a shipment window.

Batch A - ROAM

Aurora Purple with ROAM Package, Viola interior

20-inch ROAM wheels

October 2026

Batch B

Crescent Silver exterior, Stately Gray interior

20-inch 5-spoke sport wheels

November 2026

Batch C

Eucalyptus Gray exterior, Cosmos Gray interior

20-inch 5-spoke sport wheels

November 2026

The purple ROAM cars are the ones leaving the factory this month. Silver and gray follow in November - that is a locked production slot, not a queue behind other buyers.

Xpeng MONA L03 1330 Ultra SE hybrid in stcok

Standard on all 14 units: the 20-speaker premium audio system, the zero-gravity front passenger seat, 14-point massage on both front seats, RNC road-noise cancellation, the AI adaptive suspension, and the 20-inch wheel set. There are no stripped "export specification" cars in this batch.

Hybrid only. The BEV is not in stock.

We would rather say this up front than have a customer discover it later: the 14 units are all hybrids. The battery-electric MONA L03 has no ready stock on our side this month, and we are not going to list it as available just to keep a deal warm. If your market needs the BEV, we can open an order and come back with the next real production window - that is a lead-time conversation, not an in-stock one.

In markets where charging is still patchy or customers take long trips without planning stops, the hybrid is the easier MONA L03 to move anyway. For planning purposes: quote the hybrid to your customers now, treat the BEV as a follow-up.

Why these cars can ship now - and most China exports cannot

Overseas buyers who have used the parallel-import route know the drill. A brand-new Chinese EV cannot simply drive to the port the day it leaves the factory. Under Chinese export rules, a vehicle registered for domestic use generally has to sit for 180 days before it can be re-exported as a used car. Any car modified to meet destination-market specs usually needs its own type-approval filing, which adds months and, in some cases, changes the car permanently.

None of that applies here. We hold a direct export license from Xpeng, which means:

●The 14 units ship as new vehicles, not as used units waiting out a six-month clock.

●No 180-day domestic holding period - once the car is built and inspected, it moves.

●No conversion, no aftermarket parts, no separate type-approval paperwork, no mileage trick to justify the export.

●Factory-fresh VINs, original manufacturer invoice, and the export documents your customs broker actually needs.

●The practical difference between these two routes is a January delivery versus a March delivery. For a dealer trying to hit a showroom launch, that is the season.

FAQ

Q: How many MONA L03 1330 Ultra SE hybrids are available right now?

A: Fourteen units total. The Aurora Purple ROAM batch builds this month (October 2026). The Crescent Silver and Eucalyptus Gray batches build in November 2026.

Q: Is the battery-electric (BEV) MONA L03 also in stock?

A: No. This allocation is hybrid only. We are not accepting "in stock" orders for the BEV at the moment. Tell us the volume you need and we will quote the next real production slot rather than an empty stock figure.

Q: What does "Xpeng authorized exporter" mean for me as a buyer?

A: The cars are released through the manufacturer's own export channel, with VINs that match the factory build sheet and clean new-vehicle paperwork. You are not buying from a trader who picked up domestic retail cars and is now trying to move them offshore.

Q: Why is there no 180-day wait on these cars?

A: The 180-day rule applies to vehicles that are first registered for domestic use and then re-exported as used cars. Authorized exporters ship directly under the new-vehicle channel, so that clock never starts. No domestic plates, no six-month storage, no wear on the odometer.

Q: Do the cars need to be converted or modified for export?

A: No. They leave the factory in original Ultra SE trim. We do not fit right-hand-drive conversions, add aftermarket parts, or file a separate type-approval certificate on these units. Country-specific items - head-unit language, warranty coverage, local certification - are handled as a separate, documented discussion.

Q: What comes standard on every unit, regardless of color?

A: 20-speaker premium audio, zero-gravity front passenger seat, 14-point front-seat massage, RNC road-noise cancellation, AI adaptive suspension, and 20-inch wheels (ROAM design on the purple cars, 5-spoke sport on silver and gray).

Q: Can I mix colors or split the 14 units across several markets?

A: The purple ROAM batch is already in this month's build and is the fastest to lock. Silver and gray are November slots and can still be allocated among serious buyers. Send us your target market and color split and we will hold the allocation in writing rather than on a first-come phone call.

Q: What documents ship with each car?

A: Original manufacturer invoice, export license documentation, certificate of origin, and the factory packing list. COC and destination-market certification depend on your country - tell us where the cars are going and we will confirm what is available for that market, rather than assume.

Q: What is the minimum order, and how fast can a container load?

A: The 14 units are offered as a full batch but can be split. Once a purple-unit buyer confirms, the cars can move from inspection to container within days of the build date. Send us your port of discharge and we will come back with a CIF figure and the next available sailing window.
