Step 1: Check the charging pile and vehicle conditions:
1. The power indicator of the charging pile is normal, and there is no fault prompt.
2. The charging cable is free from damage, the appearance of the charger head is normal without damage, and the charger lock can be closed normally.
3. Stop the vehicle in the specified area, remove the key, and confirm that the power is off.
Step 2: Connect the charger
Before connection, please confirm that there is no obvious water accumulation, water drops and sundries in the interface, and that the connection is good and firm.
Step 3: Click Start Charging
After ensuring that the charging pile is successfully connected to the electric vehicle, click the Start Charging button on the screen.
Step 4: Select the charging mode
According to different needs of users, select a suitable charging mode and click the corresponding button on the screen. It is recommended to select the automatic charging mode.
Step 5: Swipe the card to start charging
Place the magnetic card in the sensing area, and the system will automatically read the data in the card, and start the charging program to start charging. During charging, please ensure that the electric vehicle is connected to the charging pile normally, and do not touch the plug-in charger.
Step 6: Charge and pay by card
After the charging is completed, click the End Charging button, swipe the card to complete the consumption settlement, close the charging program, take back the charger, and put the charging head to the specified position. In order to avoid economic losses, please pay by card.
Emergency handling
1. In case of open fire, abnormal smell or smoke in the electric vehicle or charging pile during charging, please immediately press the red "emergency stop switch" on the charging pile.
2. If the electric vehicle fails to start charging, please unplug the charger head, restart the vehicle and stop the ignition, and try to start charging again according to the operation procedure. If the final charging fails, please check whether the electric vehicle is a national standard charging socket and whether the electric vehicle prompts a fault, or if there is a fault, please consult the electric vehicle dealer.
Safety precautions
1. Please read the operation procedure before charging
2. Do not use flammable and explosive materials near the charging pile
3. Non professionals are not allowed to operate illegally to avoid danger or electrical short circuit
4. Do not unplug the charger during charging
5. Please put the charger back to a safe position after charging
6. Do not press the emergency stop button at will
7. Do not disassemble, modify or subject the equipment to strong impact
